The Science and Technology conference toward green growth in transportation was held at the University of Transport and Communication (UTC) on November 08th, attracting hundreds of participants including experts, lecturers, and students.

On behalf of the Chodai & Kiso-Jiban Vietnam (CKJVN), Mr. Nguyen Huy Binh – Head manager of the iBIM division gave a presentation on the topic “Application of BIM technology in design management and construction management of urban bridges- from the perspective of green growth in traffic application”.

Mr Nguyen Huy Binh introduced BIM technology at UTC.

The Head Manager of i-BIM hoped that the application of BIM technology would help reinforce transparency, accuracy, and error reduction in construction management. In his brief presentation, a series of domestic and international projects made by CKJVN using BIM technology has been listed in the past as well as in the company’s experience in BIM applications used in the field of traffic construction. Those projects have shown that by using BIM the time required for design and construction would decrease. This means design and construction capacity would be enhanced, leading to green growth in transportation.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Binh received flowers from Dr.Trinh- representative of UTC

“The BIM plays an important role in handling digital transformation in transportation, towards higher goals in the future.” Mr Binh concluded at the conferences, “for the future of construction and the green growth of our world.

The presentation opened a new picture of BIM technology in the design and construction of social infrastructure, especially from the perspective of green growth.
