In pursuit of developing a highly skilled workforce for the digital transformation era, Chodai & Kiso-Jiban Vietnam Co., Ltd. (CKJVN) is honored to have officially joined the Network of Centers for Excellence and Talents in Industry 4.0 Technologies. This strategic initiative is led by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) in collaboration with leading universities, research institutes, and enterprises.

The official launch ceremony took place at the University of Transport and Communications with the participation of Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Van Phuc, representatives from the Ministry of Science and Technology, specialized departments, and nearly 50 organizations from both the public and private sectors, as well as academia at home and abroad.

The event marks a significant step toward realizing a strategic cooperation model connecting Government – Academia – Industry. It lays the foundation for a comprehensive training ecosystem where future engineers and technology experts can acquire both academic knowledge and practical experience.

Launching Ceremony of the Network of Centers of Excellence and Technology Talents 4.0

The seven Networks of Centers for Excellence and Talents in Industry 4.0 Technologies include:

  • Artificial Intelligence and Semiconductor Industry, led by Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
  • Biotechnology in Industry and Biomedicine, led by Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
  • Transportation Technologies, led by University of Transport and Communications.
  • Next-Generation Networking, Intelligent Cybersecurity, and Multimedia Communications, led by Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology.
  • New Materials and Construction Technologies, led by Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.
  • Agricultural Biotechnology in Northern Vietnam, led by Thai Nguyen University.
  • Transportation Engineering Technologies, led by University of Transport Technology.

CKJVN has become a member of the Network for New Materials and Construction Technologies, one of the seven networks under this initiative, chaired by Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. The network focuses on research, application, and development of advanced technologies in new materials and construction engineering, driving innovation, quality improvement, and efficiency in the construction sector.

At the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Tung – Rector of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering – presented the development roadmap for the New Materials and Construction Technologies Network. He emphasized the network’s pivotal role in training highly qualified experts and engineers, while fostering stronger collaboration between higher education institutions and enterprises.

For CKJVN, joining this network represents a long-term strategic direction and a strong commitment to:

  • Accessing and supporting advanced training programs while keeping pace with modern technologies in infrastructure construction, geotechnics, and geological surveying;
  • Enhancing digital capabilities and innovation skills for engineers, technicians, and management staff.
  • Strengthening connections with universities and research institutes through scholarships, internships, training support, and talent recruitment.
